General Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Delta. We cannot take American Express over the website, but if you wish to pay by AMEX we can take your order over the telephone.
We can also take payment over the telephone for any other of the cards listed, if you prefer.
We also take payment by cheque.
Proceed to the checkout, and select payment by cheque as your payment method.Fill in your address details, and press "Send Order"
You will receive an email back confirming your order reference - print out this and send together with your cheque payment, made payable to MUNUS LTD, to:

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. This will contain your order reference, details of products ordered and delivery address. Please check this upon receipt to ensure all details are correct - if not then please contact us immediately
Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact

, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
You will also receive an email confirming that your payment has been successful, and your order has been shipped.
Availability
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-3 days or 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you.
Note: Your order may be part despatched, with any back ordered items to follow
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing

. This must be done within one hour of placing the order. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be sent out to you. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within Refunds & Returns.
